No refrigeration needed. Heat and serve. Heating instructions: Microwave oven: Heat on medium for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, or untill desired temperature. Boiling water: Place product as is in boiling water. Heat for approximately 7 - 10 minutes. May be heated on a hot plate. Heat setting should not exceeded 250°F. May be heated on a Shabbos stove top blech. Do not put directly on top of flame, dish may melt. Note: Use caution when opening tray, steam will release.
