Preparation directions: Range top: Empty contents into sauce-pan. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally. Makes three and a half servings. Microwave: Empty contents into a 1-quart casserole: cover with lid or vented plastic wrap. Microwave at high 4 to 5 minutes or until hot, stirring twice. Refrigerate unused portion. Tasty additions to Heinz® vegetarian beans: For a spicy flavor, add sauteed onion, green pepper, drained canned corn and a splash of Heinz® Barbecue Sauce. Cooked rice added to beans makes a tasty main meal. Stir in sauteed onions and green pepper and season with Heinz® 57® Sauce.
