Easy to Cook (Serves 2): 1. In a saucepan, add 1 pouch (8.8 oz) of curry sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil. 2. Add the shrimps (7 oz) or any protein of your choice. Optional: add halved mushrooms. Simmer until protein is cooked through. Remove from heat and add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to taste. 3. can be enjoyed as a soup or served with Thai jasmine rice as a main course. Just add: 12 medium shrimps (about 7 oz) peeled and devained. You can replace the shrimp with any protein of your choice. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.
