Easy to Cook (Serves 2): 1. in a saucepan, add 1 pouch (8.8 oz) of tom kha soup and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil. 2. add the chicken (8 oz) or any protein of your choice. Optional: add halved mushrooms. Simmer until protein is cooked through. Remove from heat. Optional: add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to taste. 3. can be enjoyed as a soup or served with Thai jasmine rice as a main course. Just Add: 8 oz sliced chicken breast.
