Ranch Dip: Prep time: 5 minutes makes 2 cups you will need 1 pkg. Mccormick seasoning mix 1 container (16 oz.) Sour cream. Directions: (1) Stir sour cream and seasoning mix in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. (2) Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Ranch Dressing: Stir 3/4 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup milk and seasoning mix in medium bowl until well blended. For a thinner consistency, add additional milk. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1-2/3 cups. Baked Ranch Chicken: Brush 1-1/2 lbs. Boneless chicken breasts or thighs with 1 tbsp. Oil. Coat chicken evenly with seasoning mix. Place on large foil-lined baking sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Kitchen Tips: Substitute 2 cups plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream. Drizzle potatoes or veggies with oil and toss with Seasoning Mix before roasting.
