Microwave: Microwave: Keep frozen fillets in their individual microwaveable bags and place on a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on medium high for 8-9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F or higher. For one fillet, reduce microwave time to 4-5 minutes. Note: Cooking times may vary according to microwave oven. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove frozen fillets from bags and arrange evenly in a 1-inch deep baking pan. Add water to pan to cover the bottom with a thin layer. Place on the center rack of oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until fillets reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
