Cooking Instructions: Shake bag to properly mix all of the grains. Bring 2 cups water to boil in a medium saucepan. Stir 1 cup of truRoots Sprouted Rice & Quinoa Medley. Cover and simmer over low heat 15-20 minutes, until desired tenderness and all liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 3/4 cups cooked grains.
