Microwave Directions: In 2-quart microwaveable bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2-1/4 cups water, and rice. Microwave uncovered at high 20-25 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in 1/2 cup milk and Special Seasonings. Cover; microwave at high 1-3 minutes. Let stand 3-5 minutes before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Less Fat Directions: Follow Range Top or Microwave directions, except omit any added oil and use 1/2 cup skim milk: Fat reduced to 3.5g from 10g per serving.
