Microwave at high 1-2 more minutes or until vermicelli is golden brown. Remove and stir in 2-3/4 cups of water and special seasonings. Microwave uncovered, at high 18-21 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand covered 3 minutes before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed.
