Cilantro lime rice: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. You Will Need: 1-3/4 Cups Water and 1 Tablespoon Butter. Stove-Top Directions: (1) Add water, rice, seasoning, and butter to 2-quart saucepan; stir well. (2) Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring once, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. (3) Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Try with chicken & bean burritos.
