Cooking instructions: Empty the contents of the package into a medium saucepan and add 1 1/2 cups of water or broth. Cover the saucepan and bring to a vigorous boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Cook until quinoa is tender and the white spiral threads appear around each grain, usually when all of the water is absorbed. Cooks in 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and serve. Enjoy!
