What You Need: 1 1/2 cup Hot water. 1/2 cup Milk. Oven Directions: Heat oven to 425F. Combine potatoes, hot water and milk in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. (Do not add the Velveeta Cheese Sauce until after baking). Bake 30 to 35 min. or until top is lightly browned and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven. (Small amount of liquid remaining is needed to blend the cheese sauce). Stir in Cheese Sauce. Microwave Directions: What you need: 2 - 1/4 cups Hot water. 1/2 cup Milk. Make it: Combine potatoes, hot water and milk in 2-qt. microwavable casserole. (Do not add the Velveeta Cheese Sauce). Microwave on high 18 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender and only a small amount of liquid remains. Stir in cheese sauce. Note: Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time is approximate. Caution: Casserole and potatoes will be very hot.
