Get the best from your pasta, cooking the Italian way. 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. 2. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute. 3. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce. 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. 3. Toss tomatoes in 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 4. Place tomatoes on a sheet tray and roast in the oven for about 10 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, saute garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil for 1-2 minutes or until slightly yellow in color. Add the roasted tomatoes, set aside. 6. In a blender, combine cheese and basil; season with salt and pepper. Blend well. Add remaining olive oil while blending. Set aside. 7. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and toss with the garlic and tomato sauce. & Drizzle with basil pesto and toss with arugula Top with the crispy prosciutto.
