Kit includes: Sauce, Seasoning, Rice. Just added 1 lb of chicken + spinach. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions, refrigerate leftovers. You will need. 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons butter. Optional: 1/4 cup coarsely chopped sun-drives tomatoes. 3/4 cup milk. 4 cups, loosely packed, fresh spinach (about 2 oz). Cook pasta. (1) Fill 2-quart saucepan two-thirds full of water. Heat to boiling. (2) Add pasta; stir. Boil gently 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain; set aside. Cook chicken. While Pasta Is Cooking: (1)Cut chicken breasts, at an angle, into 1/2-inch medallions. (2) Coat chicken with seasoning in shallow bowl or plastic bag. (3) Heat butter in 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat; carefully add chicken and any excess seasoning. Cook medallions 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until browned. (4) Stir in milk; heat to boiling. (5) Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in spinach, and sundried tomatoes if using. Simmer 5 minutes. (6) Stir in creamy garlic Alfredo sauce. (7) Top pasta with chicken and sauce.
