For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. Simmer: Simmer You Will Need: 1-1/2 cups water; 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Stove-Top Directions (Nonstick Skillet Recommended): Add oil and water to 10-inch nonstick skillet. Stir in potatoes. Do not add seasoning. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle seasoning over potatoes; stir until potatoes are well coated. Continue cooking, uncovered, over medium heat, turning frequently, 6 to 9 minutes, or until as brown and crisp as desired. Serve immediately. Pairs perfectly with roasted chicken & broccoli.
