Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Use Shady Brook Farms turkey breast tenderloins any way you would use boneless chicken breasts or pork tenderloins. They are 99% fat free, and they taste great! Oven: Place tenderloin in shallow roasting pan. Roast at 350 degrees F in the center of a preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, and until a meat thermometer registers at least 165 degrees F throughout the tenderloin. Grill: Place tenderloin on preheated grill. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning regularly, and until a meat thermometer registers at least 165 degrees F throughout the tenderloin. Cooking times may vary among grills. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Previously handled frozen for your convenience.
