Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Use Shady Brooks Farms turkey breast chops any way you would use boneless chops. They are 98% fat free, and they taste great! Skillet: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Add chops to pan so they do not touch. Cook 6 to 7 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each turkey chop. Preheat lightly oiled grill between medium and high heat, about 500 to 700 degrees F. Add chops to cooking surface so they do not touch.
