Directions
Cooking Instructions: Your culinary adventure begins here! Remember to keep frozen at -18 degree C (0 degree F) until you're ready to Chef it up. Do not thaw, cook only from frozen. For optimal food safety and quality, please be sure to follow these cooking instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a lightly oiled foil-lined baking pan skin side up. Bake for 24-27 minutes. Turning halfway through baking. Grill Instructions: On low heat, preheat the grill until the temperature reaches 350 degree F. Fold a long piece of foil in half 2 times, and place on grill. Lightly oil/grease the foil. Place frozen fish skin side up and grill for 23-25 minutes; gently turning every 4-5 minutes to avoid burning. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155 degree F before enjoying! Use care not to overcook. Keep frozen.
