Directions
Cooking Instructions from Frozen: Conventional Oven: place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 425 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 25 to 27 minutes. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer and air fry for 10-13 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Special Instructions: This is a guideline - reference air fryer instruction manual. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 158 degrees F before enjoying! Use care to not overcook. Warning: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain. Please use caution when consuming. Keep frozen.
