Directions

Keep frozen until ready to use. Best cooking results: Bring 4 quarts of water to a steady boil. Place frozen cavatelli in water, stir immediately. Reseal bag and place any unused cavatelli back in freezer. Cooking time: approximately 5-7 minutes while stirring gently. Serving suggestions: Strain and serve with your sauce, or use P&S sauce and top with P&S imported genuine pecorino romano grated cheese.
