Broil: Under the Broiler: Cook frozen patty in preheated broiler on one side until brown. Turn and cook on other side until done (160 degrees F internal temperature). Season with salt and pepper. Grill: On the Outdoor Grill: Cook frozen patty on grill over white hot coals until juices come through. Turn patty and cook on other side until done (160 degrees F internal temperature). Season with salt and pepper. Pan Fry: In the Frying Pan: Place frozen patty in preheated frying pan and cook one side until juices come through. Turn patty and cook on other side until done (160 degrees F internal temperature). Season with salt and pepper. Cook to 160 degrees F. Keep frozen.
