Directions
Shake before opening. Cooking Directions: Pan fry with oil. Heat up 1 tsp vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat. Shake carton and pour contents into pan. Don't stir. As egg product sets, push from edges to center. Cook until done, season to taste. Use in your favorite recipes. Our liquid egg substitute is made from fresh shell eggs. Each carton equals 18 large eggs. Great for scrambling, omelets, batters, cakes, cookies, pudding, sauces, and almost any recipe using fresh, whole eggs. For recipe purposes: 1 egg = 3 tbsp. 2 eggs = 1/3 cup. 4 eggs = 3/4 cup. 18 eggs = 2 lb (1 carton). Keep refrigerated. Keep kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has s shelf life as indicated on the package. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
