Directions

Shake before opening. Cooking Directions: Pan fry with oil. Heat up 1 tsp vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat. Shake carton and pour contents into pan. Don't stir. As egg products sets, push from edges to center. Cook until done, season to taste. For recipe purposes: 1 egg = 3 tbsp; 2 eggs = 1/3 cup; 4 eggs = 3/4 cup; 9 eggs = 1 lb (1 carton). Keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
