Cook thoroughly Cooking Instructions: Easy prep cook this side up: 1. Place unopened bag in microwave, this side up, evenly distribute potatoes, and microwave on high for 10 minutes*. 2. Let stand for 2 minutes. Using oven mitts, remove carefully, using both hands to grasp bag at top corners. 3. Cut top of bag along dotted line to open & pour potatoes into large bowl. 4. Mash lightly, add 2/3 cup milk and 2 tbsp butter, then mash to desired smoothness and season to taste. * Due to variations in microwave ovens, adjustment to cooking time may be required. Cooking instructions developed using 1100 watt microwave. Bag inflates slowly during cooking and allows steam to escape through special vents. Prep without using the bag whole bag half bag 1.
