Directions: 1. Adults: Stir 2 teaspoons of powder into 4-8 oz of any beverage (not recommended for carbonated beverages) or soft food (hot or cold). 2. Stir well until dissolved (up to 60 seconds). For optimal results, use 3 times per day. Age: 12 yrs. and above; Servings: 2 teaspoons; 3 times daily. Age: 6 to 11 yrs.; Servings: 1 teaspoon; 3 times daily.
