For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging. Pan fry: Coat the bottom of pan with oil and heat on medium-high heat. Pan fry for 7-9 minutes. Broil: Place fish on lightly greased cooking sheet. Broil on high for 8-10 minutes. Previously frozen. Should not refreeze. Stored under refrigeration 32 degrees F- 40 degrees F. To keep fresh, use immediately or freeze.
