To Freeze: Place freezer-ready package directly in the freezer. Thaw: Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry: Preheat stove to medium heat. Apply small amount of cooking oil to skillet. Cook desired amount of beef in skillet, turning once. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees f as measured by a thermometer.
