Cool in the refrigerator or freezer in supplied bag for at least 2 hours for best performance. Or Warm in microwave without supplied bag for 20 seconds and test temperature for comfort. Product should be warm, not hot. Do not heat for more than a total of 40 seconds. Maintain product quality. Always store in reusable bag when not in use. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not wash. Lay flat to dry.
