You Will Need: Brownie mix; 1 egg; 1/3 cup oil; 1/4 cup water; mint chocolate frosting. Prep: Approx. 8 minutes | Bake: 22-28 minutes | Yield: Makes 16 brownies. Instructions: Heat oven to 325F. Line an 8 inch x 8 inch baking pan with enough parchment paper or foil so that the edges can be used to lift the brownies out of the pan after baking. Whisk egg, oil and water in a large bowl, then add brownie mix and stir until well combined. Scoop batter into the lined pan. Bake for 25-29 minutes in a glass pan, 22-26 minutes in a metal pan, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean, but not completely clean. If baking in a 9 inch square or round pan, reduce the baking time by 3 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack for 30 minutes, then remove from the pan to allow brownies to fully cool for at least 1 hour, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to stiffen-up the brownies. Frost with frosting (massage pouch well before opening). Cut or tear open the frosting packet and use a butter knife to spread frosting evenly on the brownies. Do not eat raw batter.
