Directions
Mix 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Plum Sauce, 2 tbsp. pineapple juice, 1 tbsp. Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce and 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root. Pour over 1-pound pork tenderloin in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top. Turn over to coat pork. Refrigerate 1 hour, turning over once. Bake pork at 400 degrees F 35 minutes, or until pork reaches 155 degrees F. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve with additional Kikkoman Plum Sauce. Makes 4 servings. Refrigerate after opening.
