1. Prep: Place 1 or 2 roll-ups on a microwave safe plate. 2. Heat: 2 Roll-ups: Microwave on high: 2 roll-ups for 50-60 seconds or until hot. Let stand 1 minute. Enjoy! 1 Roll-Up: Microwave on high: 1 roll-up for 30-40 seconds or until hot .Let 1 minute. Enjoy! Always follow heating instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Instructions developed using an 1100 watt oven. Ovens vary; heat times may need to be adjusted if additional time is needed, microwaves 5 seconds at a time until hot. Caution: Product will be hot!
