Directions for Use: It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Use Restrictions: Apply this product only as specified on this label. Do not contaminate food or feedstuffs. This product is for indoor use only. Do not apply this product directly to pets or humans. Except when applying as a directed spray to kill fleas and Brown Dog ticks, do not allow adults, children, or pets to enter the treated area until sprays have dried. Except when applying as a directed spray to kill fleas and Brown Dog ticks, do not apply this product in a way that will contact adults, children or pets, either directly or through drift. Do not apply directly into sewers or drains, or to any area like a gutter where drainage to sewers, storm drains, water bodies, or aquatic habitat can occur. Do not allow this product to enter any drain before or after application. Remove pets, birds and cover fish aquariums before spraying. Shake well before using. Read entire label before each use. Hartz UltraGuard Plus Flea & Tick Home Spray can be used in homes, garages, attics, apartments, and hotels to kill fleas and Brown Dog ticks. One bottle will treat a surface area up to 360 square feet. A fine spray applied uniformly is all that is necessary to kill fleas. Avoid wetting furniture and carpeting. Remove birds and cover aquariums before spraying. For maximum effectiveness treat entire carpeted area. Treat carpets, rugs, drapes and all surfaces of upholstered furniture. Pet bedding should be allowed to dry completely before pets return to their bedding area. Leave treated areas and do not return for at least one hour. Retreat as necessary. Avoid contamination of food and food stuffs. To kill Brown Dog ticks in the environment, spray product directly on pests. Storage and Disposal: Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Do not use or store near heat or open flame. Pesticide Storage: Keep this product in its tightly closed original container, when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place that is inaccessible to children and animals. Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Container Disposal: If empty: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer for recycling, if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
