Directions
Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Fry: In deep fryer or large, heavy pot, heat 2-1/2" Goya® Corn Oil, Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil over medium-high heat until oil temperature registers 300°F. Add Goya® Beef Potato Puffs; Cook until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), 12-14 minutes. Using slotted metal spoon, transfer potato puffs to paper towel-lined plate to drain; let sit 2 minutes. Serve warm. Bake: Heat conventional oven or toaster oven to 425°F. Transfer potato puffs to greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), 22-25 minutes; let sit 2 minutes. Serve warm. Microwave: Place potato puffs on microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high power until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), about 3 minutes. Let sit 2 minute before removing from microwave. Serve warm. For best results: Cook from frozen state.
