Microwave on high power until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F - about 3 minutes. 3. Let stand 5 minutes before enjoying. * The plastic cup is safe for use in microwave and oven up to 400 degrees F. You may also heat the quiche without the cup if prepared. Microwave + Oven: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove the quiche from the box and discard all packaging except for the plastic cup*. 3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then transfer quiche (still in plastic cup) to a baking sheet. 4. Bake in the pre-heated oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F - about 15 minutes. 5. Let stand 5 minutes before enjoying.
