Directions

Directions: For occasional constipation*. Adults/Ages 12 years and older: Chew 4 gummies daily. Ages 6-11 years: chew 2 gummies daily. Ages 4-5 years: Chew 1 gummy daily. Generally produces a bowel movement in 12-72 hours. Each gummy should be fully chewed under adult supervision. Recommended to be taken with a full glass (8 oz) of liquid.
