Directions

Wear Instructions: (1) Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable. (2) Pull strap on left side of foot up and across, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of ankle stabilizer. (3) Follow same directions for remaining strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable. Fiber content: Nylon, polyester, spandex.
