Keep refrigerated. Never frozen. Cooking instructions: Skillet*: 1. Melt 4 tablespoons of margarine or vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or electric fry pan over medium heat. 2. Evenly distribute potatoes in skillet or fry pan. 3. Cook potatoes 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve hot. Oven*: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine or vegetable oil in a 7" x 11" x 2" or larger bang pan. 3. Add potatoes. 4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown stirring once or twice.
