Cooking Directions: Steam in the microwave (Cooking times may vary depending on cooking method and equipment, adjust time and heat settings as necessary): Pierce bag with fork and place on a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. (Microwave ovens may vary in power; cooking time may be outside this range). Remove from microwave. Open bag carefully, as contents and steam will be very hot. Steam on the stovetop: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add riced veggies and salt/pepper as desired; cover skillet and cook until heated through, 3-5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Remove lid and fluff with a fork. Add to salads, mash or use as a grain-free alternative in your favorite rice dish! Keep refrigerated.
