Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: 1) Heat: Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. 2) Add Turkey Cutlets: Add all cutlets to the pan. Sear and brown one side, approximately 2-3 minutes. Flip cutlets over and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. 3) Add Sauce: Pour contents of sauce packet over the top of the turkey cutlets and stir. 4) Check Temperature: Continue to simmer cutlets and sauce until the cutlets reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer (approximately additional 3-4 minutes). Suggested Side Dish: Jasmine rice. Keep refrigerated.
