Conventional Oven Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove all labels and place package top-side-up on a baking sheet. Do not cut holes in the bag. 3. Cook the pork loin filet for 25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (bag may open at seam during cook time). 4. Remove loin fillet from oven and let the package rest for 3 minutes before opening. 5. Working carefully to avoid steam, use scissors to cut open the end and peel back film. Slice the pork loin filet and serve. Caution: Contents hot. Slow Cooker Instructions: 1. Remove all labels. 2. Place bag in slow cooker; do not cut holes in bag. 3. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1.5-2.5 hours, or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees F. 4. Let rest 10 minutes. 5. Working carefully to avoid steam, use scissors to cut open bag on end and peel back for easiest transfer of product into slow cooker. 6. Place meat on plate; stir sauce and pour over pork.
