Keep refrigerated. May be frozen. Cooking directions: Appliances vary. Heating times approximate. Oven: 1. If frozen, thaw in sealed plastic package. Thaw in refrigerator 24 hours. 2. Preheat conventional oven to 350 degrees F. 3. Remove plastic package. 4. Line roasting pan with foil for easy clean-up. 5. Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan and cover with lid or foil. 6. Bake approximately 30-45 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Avoid overcooking. 7. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. 8. Remove netting before slicing.
