Cook thoroughly. Quorn Meatless Roast are not ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Pieces reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the stove top. Stove Top: 12 min. Pour 1 bag Quorn Meatless Pieces into a saute pan. Add enough of your favorite sauce to cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over a medium heat for 12 minute, or until Quorn Meatless Pieces are thoroughly heated. Microwave: 1000W. 8 min. Pour 1 bag Quorn Meatless Pieces into a microwave safe bowl, add 1 tbsp water, cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Heat on high for 3 minutes, stir, heat for 3 minutes more. Mow to stand for 2 minutes. Caution: Bowl will he hot and steam may escape when removing plastic wrap. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage. Always cook thoroughly. All appliances vary, cooking times are approximate. Storage Directions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours.
