Peel Casing Before Cooking: Clip one end of sausage with scissors. Cut down the length of the sausage (halfway) and remove plastic casing. Grill/Saute: Grill or brown in saute pan with a little oil using low heat for 5-10 minutes. Turn frequently. Boil: Gently place into boiling water and cook 4-5 minutes until heated through. Microwave: on high for approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute. Keep refrigerated. May have been previously frozen. Okay to refreeze.
