Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Skillet (Recommended method): Cook frozen burgers in a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 8-10 min., turning occasionally. Microwave (1100 watt): (1) Place 1 unwrapped frozen burger on microwaveable plate. (2) Microwave on high for 1 min. (3) Flip burger. Microwave on high for an additional 35 seconds. Caution: Product will be hot! Product must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F for food safety and quality. Do not allow product to thaw or eat without cooking.
