Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: Skillet: (when using as ingredient for recipes) 1. Place skillet on stove top on medium high heat. 2. Remove the outer packaging and paper before cooking. 3. Place sausage in skillet, break up into desired size with utensil while cooking. 4. Cook the sausage until golden brown (no pink, approximately 10-12 minutes). 5. Internal temperature should be reach 160°F. 6. Drain & use in your favorite recipe. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Cook thoroughly. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Keep hot foods hot.
