Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. If desired, thaw in refrigerator: Place unopened bag or portion needed (covered with plastic wrap) in a large bowl or pan, and refrigerate on bottom shelf or refrigerator overnight. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake uncovered, 30-40 minutes from frozen; 20-35 minutes from thawed, to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. or until internal juices run clear. Grill: Place wings on a gas grill preheated to medium heat. Grill 10 minutes if frozen (7 minutes if thawed). Turn wing section over and grill an additional 7 to 17 minutes if frozen (4 to 14 minutes if thawed) to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. or until internal juices run clear.
