Keep frozen. Heating Instructions: Conventional/Toaster Oven (Preferred): 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place frozen tenders in single layer on baking sheet. 3. Bake on the middle oven rack for 11 - 13 minutes, turn over halfway through heating time. 4. Let stand for 2 - 3 minutes before serving. Microwave Oven: 1. Place frozen tenders on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Heat, uncovered, on high for 2 - 2.5 minutes, turn over halfway through heating time. 3. Let stand for 2 - 3 minutes before serving. Air Fryer: 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. 2. Place frozen tenders in single layer. 3. Bake for 7 - 8 minutes.
