Keep refrigerated. Conventional Oven: 1. Pre-heat oven to 325°F. 2. Remove plastic wrap from ribs. 3. If desired, evenly coat all surfaces of rib with favorite seasoning. 4. Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish with meaty side facing up. 5. Add 1 cup of water to bottom of roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. 6. Cook for approximately 2-3 hours of until fork tender. 7. After ribs are fork tender, remove foil and brush on favorite sauce and cook uncovered for an additional 20 minutes. 8. Alternate method to final basting step: a. Pre-heat grill on low heat. b. After ribs are fork tender, place on grill and brush on favorite sauce. c. Cook for an additional 20 minutes for a wonderful grill flavor and appearance. Oven temperatures vary, so adjust cooking time accordingly.
