Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: To Microwave: Arrange slices of bacon on a paper towel, cover with another paper towel to prevent spattering. Repeat the process of layering for desired number of slices. Cook in microwave until brown and crisp. Approximate cooking times: 2 slices - 1-1/2 - 2 min., 4 slices - 3-1/2 - 4 min. To Broil: Lay slices on rack in broiler pan. Place 4 inch from heat and broil until crisp but not brittle, turning only once. To Pan Fry: Place slices in cold skillet. Cook slowly over low heat; turn, pan-fry bacon until crisp but not brittle, draining excess drippings as required. Remove each slice as it browns; drain on paper towels or napkins. To Bake: Place slices on rack in shallow pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven, approximately 15-18 min., draining excess drippings as required. Keep refrigerated.
