Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Pan Fry: Place slices in a cold skillet. Cook slowly over low heat; turn, pan fry just until, heated and brown. Remove slices and drain on paper towels. Microwave: Place bacon slices on paper towels and cover with paper towel. For 2 slices, cook approximately 30 seconds. For 4 slices cooked approximately 1 minute. Cook times are approximate. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place slices in shallow pan and bake 10-11 minutes. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
